Went back to the big mall near Pattaya Beach today, looking for souvenirs (and enjoying the air conditioning). No luck with the souvenirs. Tried a different restaurant for lunch - sushi/hot pot place. The sushi, unfortunately, was nowhere near up to Vancouver standards and the dishes that came by on the revolving conveyor belt for the hot pot were, for the most part, not foods we enjoyed… We're learning to stay away from the beef, seafood is usually a good bet or chicken and pork or veggies...
