DAY 23 - NIGHT MARKET

Abe and Pon picked us up at about 4:00 pm and took us back to the same market we went to yesterday. This time we went to Mr. Wong's watch shop where Phil and I both bought really nice watches, cheap. We then went to the Hopf Brew House, a German restaurant and small scale brew house specializing in Italian pizza (prepared by Thais).  Had another fabulous meal selected by Abe and Pon.


After dinner we went to the Thepprasit night market where there were again hundreds of stalls. A lot of the stuff for sale is the same as you can get at any of the tourist shops around the city but they did have a good selection and I was able to find  a couple of XXL t-shirts ( you have to buy them 2 sizes larger to allow for shrinkage once washed).   Difficult to find clothing to fit us North American bods!  Got back to the condo, had a couple of night caps, and called it a night.
